Dreamers Connect partners with churches and communities in the U.S. and Brazil to strengthen and support their ministry vision.

The Dream :

Our mission is to help churches and communities in the U.S. and Brazil thrive in their calling. Through Dreamers Connect, we partner with pastors, leaders, and ministries by offering hands-on support — whether that means filling in for a service, leading a VBS, assisting with outreach events, or helping bring a larger ministry vision to life. We also desire to provide covering, encouragement, and practical structure for evangelists and ministries who need connection and support. If God has placed a dream in your heart for your church or community, we would love to hear about it — head over to our “Connect With Us” page and send us a message.

The Dreamers :

The “Dreamers” are pastors, leaders, and ministry staff who carry a vision in their hearts but need support bringing it to life. They may serve in small, medium, or large churches, but they all share one thing in common — a desire to see their communities impacted for Christ. Dreamers are those who believe God for more, who see the potential for growth, outreach, and transformation, and who are ready to partner with others to make that vision a reality.

Sharing Dreams Day is a joyful children’s outreach event designed to bring hope, learning, and the love of Jesus to communities in Brazil.

During these special gatherings, we teach basic English words in a fun and engaging way, share a Bible story that points children to Christ, and create an environment filled with joy and encouragement.

We also share a meal together and spend time playing games, building relationships, and showing each child that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by God. These events primarily take place in underserved and lower-income communities, where we desire to not only meet practical needs but also plant seeds of faith, confidence, and possibility in the hearts of the next generation.

Our Ministry Training is designed to equip churches whose volunteers are willing and ready to serve but may not have had formal ministry training.

We come alongside pastors and leaders to strengthen their teams by teaching practical tools for effective service and helping them learn how to study and understand the Bible with depth and confidence.

Beyond teaching principles, we share real-life ministry experiences — the victories, the lessons, and the wisdom we’ve gained along the way. Our heart is not just to inform, but to empower. We want volunteers to grow spiritually, lead with confidence, and serve their communities with biblical understanding, humility, and bold faith.
